In August 2020, ONE&ONE BBQ revolutionized the dining scene in Taichung, Taiwan, with its “solo dining” concept and smoke-free personal grills, offering a diverse menu of delicious options.

2020年8月，ONE&ONE燒肉於台中大里創建第一家門市，以「一人食」新飲食文化引起熱烈迴響，打破你對燒烤餐廳的既定印象！ONE&ONE燒肉不僅獨家打造出「專用形個人燒烤爐」讓每位顧客都能輕鬆用餐且不帶走任何油煙味，更以各式肉品及精緻餐點組合出多樣化菜單，設計出專屬於你的美味套餐！
/ Project Impact
After partnering with Harbour, the brand utilized its flagship store in Dali, Taichung, to integrate brand information, structure investments, and attract investors. In just a year, it expanded to six branches in Taichung, mainly in well-known department stores.
Harbour Group is one of the investors, contributing to the brand’s growth. There are invitations from various cities and department stores, and international licensing discussions are in progress, indicating promising future growth.
/ Future Planning
Optimizing financial statements, systematizing employee education and training, diversifying the group’s brand identity, and enhancing it. The brand is now set to expand into overseas markets such as Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam.

該品牌與港灣合作後，從既有位於台中大里開業約半年的旗艦店出發，整合品牌資訊、架構投資、股權規劃到招商引資！短短一年時間，該品牌在台中市場已有六間大型分店，其中大部分皆坐落於知名百貨即賣場。
現在已經有大量不同縣市的賣場、百貨公司皆爭先邀約進駐，海外授權也在洽談當中！未來成長相當可期。

財務報表的優化、員工教育訓練系統化、集團品牌識別的多元化衍生和提升。目前即將開展香港、泰國、越南等海外市場
